Dear Miniapple Montessori Staff,
I'd like to welcome you to Cadence Education! I am so excited you are joining our family and hope this letter finds you mutually excited about your new career with us. Our intention is to provide you with the personal and professional growth you seek to help create a career you love at Cadence. We want Cadence to be a place where all careers thrive.
Our team is excited to meet with you this week to discuss your successful transition into our company, including Human Resources staff to share our employee offerings. You'll also meet with several co-workers so you can get a feel for the overall culture and spirit of teamwork at Cadence.
I realize this might be a lot at once. For the most part, things will be "business as usual". It’s important to us that you know who your resources are. Your direct support team includes Staci Patterson, Director of Integration, Debbie Ramirez, Director of Integration, Maneshka Perera, Area Manager, Courtney May, Supporting Area Manager, Amanda Dusseau, Regional Director, Angel Poore, Territory Vice President, and select Cadence Education Directors who will mentor and support the Miniapple Montessori team throughout the transition. All are available to help and support you however you need them during the transition.
